DIY Herbal Bath Salts (follow the link for more information about bath salts and all the benefits!)

yields about 14-18 containers depending on the size

*You can grind your herbs and flowers so they don’t clog your drain or place the salts in tea bags.

Combine all of your ingredients and mix. Then, place all of the salts into your chosen containers.

This is an easy and convenient DIY that will take your bath time to the next level. (side note: bath salts also make perfect gifts.)

DIY Lip Scrub

With fall and winter approaching, your lips are sure to need some exfoliation and rejuvenation!

Lip scrubs might be the easiest DIY, there are many combinations and you simply create a recipe that best matches your preference!

Exfoliate:

Sugar

Brown Sugar

Coffee Grounds

Moisturize:

Olive Oil

Virgin Coconut Oil

Honey

Vaseline

Simply choose your exfoliate(s) and mix it with your moisturizer(s). You can make it fun and add food dye or essential oils for color and scent. Experiment and have fun while treating yourself and your lips! Remember: more is often less when it comes to lip care.

Lip scrubs and bath salts make the perfect #nightin combo.

xoxo
