Hurricane Ida Recap
PPGs, you showed up and showed out! Our Louisiana community was harshly impacted by Hurricane Ida, which made landfall on Sunday, August 29th. The following weekend, we hosted a donation drive at The Electric Depot.
“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
We had close to 100 donors and a dozen volunteers. With your help we were able to collect over 15,000 items, which included cleaning products, toiletries, paper goods, canned foods, clothes and period care items. We were also able to provide over $1,250 in gift cards for families who were devastated by Hurricane Ida!
