W(o)W: Megan Thomas x Journaled Journeys
Megan Thomas is the creator and operator of Journaled Journeys. This is a website and blog platform that Megan created with hopes of offering advice and positivity through sharing her life experiences. Although Megan considers herself to be introverted, Journaled Journeys serves as the perfect platform for her insightful, funny and kind character to shine.
If she is not blogging and sharing via Journaled Journeys, she is probably hiking, exercising, or binging some Netflix. She received her bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and her masters degree from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama (yesss, we stan an educated queen!). Megan has worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. and currently works in the private sector (at an agricultural technology startup).

With Journaled Journeys, Megan is able to share her experiences, triumphs, struggles and random thoughts. She does so with a heart hopeful to reach someone in need of what Journaled Journeys has to offer. She is grateful for the platform and opportunity to share her creativity with others. She believes it is important to “go with you gut” and shares encouraging truths that, “You know what value you have and what you bring to the table, so don't doubt yourself.” She speaks of confidence and the fact that more people are willing to support you in your pursuits than what you may believe.
For Megan, facing challenges head on is the only way to do it! She does often create a plan or goal that will allow her to handle the challenge. Patience is also an important factor, specifically as it relates to herself when she is working to overcome obstacles or adversity.
Coming out of her shell to openly share with a community by creating a blog and website is a treasured piece of her journey. Moving toward the future, Megan is looking to become a real estate investor! She is multidimensional and always up to something new so keep up-to-date!
