Kristy Hebert is the definition of what it means to persevere. After being ran over SEVEN times by a drunk driver, she decided to use hemp-derived CBD as a holistic medicine alternative. She turned her experience into a lifestyle, a way of thinking and a hustle!
Kristy is an LSU graduate, she received her degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. GO TIGERS! She pursued this degree with a dream to work in the hemp industry and explore its versatility. What was the result after all of her hard work? Cypress Hemp!
At Cypress Hemp, their mission is to revitalize the American Hemp industry to provide sustainable alternatives to society’s unsustainable practices. They strive to promote a sustainable future by using the hemp plant to promote harmony between humans and the environment. We love planet earth!
There is no denying that Kristy’s job requires a lot of effort but she believes Cypress Hemp is a “living and breathing work of art.” The future goal for Cypress Hemp is to work on sensible legislation in Louisiana to enable economic opportunities for farmers and small business owners.
